1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Tour Xpert website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or booking services.
2. Services
Tour Xpert provides tour package planning, travel booking coordination, hotel arrangements, transport arrangements, sightseeing coordination, and related travel assistance. Final services depend on the package, quotation, availability, customer choices, and supplier confirmation.
3. Quotations and pricing
Package prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary based on travel date, number of travelers, hotel category, room availability, transport type, taxes, and optional add-ons. A booking is not confirmed until the final quotation is accepted and the required payment is received.
4. Booking confirmation
Customers must provide accurate traveler names, ages, contact details, identity details when required, and any special requirements before booking. Tour Xpert is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
5. Payments
Payment terms, advance amount, balance due date, item order value, and payment method will be shared in the final quotation or invoice. Failure to pay within the stated timeline may result in cancellation, supplier release of inventory, revised pricing, or loss of advance as per supplier rules.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing through email or another confirmed communication channel. Refund eligibility depends on package terms, supplier policies, cancellation date, non-refundable components, payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative costs.
Unless otherwise stated in the final quotation, cancellation charges may apply as follows: cancellation more than 30 days before departure may attract supplier and service charges; cancellation 15 to 30 days before departure may attract partial package charges; cancellation within 15 days of departure, no-show, or early checkout may be non-refundable.
7. Changes by customer
Date changes, hotel changes, route changes, traveler changes, and service upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges. Any confirmed change must be accepted in writing and may require immediate payment of fare difference or supplier charges.
8. Changes by suppliers or circumstances
Hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, and local authorities may change timings, availability, routes, or access due to weather, safety, operational reasons, traffic, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Tour Xpert will try to provide reasonable alternatives, but equivalent replacement is subject to availability and cost.
9. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid identity documents, permits, visas where applicable, health requirements, reporting on time, following local laws, respecting property, and checking package inclusions before payment. Any personal expenses, fines, damages, missed services, or delays caused by the traveler are the traveler's responsibility.
10. Exclusions
Unless specifically included in writing, packages do not include personal expenses, monument entry fees, tips, travel insurance, medical expenses, adventure activity costs, camera fees, heater charges, room service, laundry, early check-in, late checkout, or anything not listed as included.
11. Limitation of liability
Tour Xpert acts as a travel coordinator and booking facilitator for several services supplied by third parties. We are not liable for losses, delays, injuries, damages, or service failures caused by third-party suppliers, customer negligence, force majeure, government action, or events beyond reasonable control.
12. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, copy website content for commercial use, or interfere with website security. Website content, package descriptions, brand material, and design elements belong to Tour Xpert or are used with appropriate rights.
13. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information required to process enquiries, bookings, payments, and travel support.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.
